主要从事高分子药物载体,特别是核酸药物载体方面的研究,以通讯作者在Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、National Science Review、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS Nano、Nano Letters等发表论文80多篇,论文被引用1万多次;主持基金委杰出青年基金、联合基金重点项目、优秀青年基金、面上项目、广东省杰出青年基金等,参与863计划、国家重点研发计划、广东省“珠江人才计划”创新团队等项目。获2019年中国生物材料学会科学技术奖二等奖、2020年安徽省科学技术奖二等奖、2021年度广东省自然科学奖一等奖。
