 On Dec.18th and Dec.20th, the thematic training workshop for committees of Party branch of teachers hosted by Chen Hangyu, Secretary of the Communist Party, and the thematic training workshop for committees of Party branch of students hosted by Wu Yaohua, Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party, were held in the School of Environment and Energy, respectively. All the committees from Party branch of teachers and Party branch of students attended the meeting.

 People were recalling the admission oath

To improve the awareness of service of Party members, to make them stick to the original intention when joined the Party, all the committees recalled the admission oath led by Secretary of the Communist Party and Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party at the beginning of the meeting.

 Secretary Chen Hangyu,  was interpreting the new Party Constitution

 Secretary Chen Hangyu trained the new elected secretary and committees of Party branch after leadership succession. He gave a speech on how to do a good job in Party branch, and its content was mainly about regulations from the Party Constitution. He clarified and specified that every Party branch should organize their members to conduct study combined with the spirits of 19th National Congress. According to “Implementation opinions about strengthening the construction of Party branch of teachers under new circumstance (trial)” and “Regulations strict in organization life of Party of South China University of Technology”, he stressed that the Party branch should carry out “Three conferences, one course” institution, and hold a life meeting to conduct democratic appraisal once a year. At the same time, he asked clearly that every Party branch should make a study plan for 2018 and make it happen as planned. He also asked the secretary and committees from the Party branch to keep the original intention and missions in mind and contribute to the construction of our Party branch.

 Deputy Secretary Wu Yaohua emphasized the importance and necessity of strengthening the training of Party members and the discussion about work. The meeting conveyed the messages about temporary regulations strict in organization life of Party of South China University of Technology, assigned the construction task of the Party branch of the School of Environment and Energy and studied the knowledge of files of 19th National Congress and the Party Constitution which enhanced the young Party members’ responsibility and vocation.
