Professor Margaret Brennan：A proficient senior researcher with over 10 years post PhD experience in a wide range of general laboratory skills, interested in determining the connection between food ingredients, consumerquality and human nutrition. Her H index is 38 and has a publication record ofover 125 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and an edited book to bepublished by Wiley Publishers – UK/ USA in March 2019 “Neurodegeneration and Alzheimer's Disease The role of diabetes,genetics, hormones and life style”.Regularly featuringas an author of top cited papers of SCI journals. Professor of Food Science atRMIT University – Melbourne, Australia. Experienced indata analysis and developing a track record in journal publications concerningfood quality and preference. Recognised as a visiting Professor at South ChinaUniversity of Technology and visiting Professor at Chinese Academy ofAgricultural Sciences. Successfully acted as supervisor for 20 PhD students andover 15 MSc students, and currently supervising 5 PhD students.
