To further implement the decision-making arrangements for the public safety system and enhance China's public safety capabilities and standards, the 2020 China Public Safety Conference (CPSC 2020) was held at the Beijing Convention Center from October 30th to November 1st, 2020.
The conference invited experts and scholars from home and abroad in public safety and related fields. Experts and scholarsreported and exchanged views on new theories, methods, and directions of public safety science research. The conference centered around topics like urban safety, personnel safety, aviation safety, fire safety, mine safety, petroleum and chemical safety, explosion safety, new safety technologies, network security, and financial security. Experts and scholars from research institutes, universities, governments, enterprises participated in the conference.
On November 1st, Zhang Dinghua, associate professor of SPA-SCUT, was invited to report on paper “Research on the Influencing Factors of NIMBY Risks under Deep Learning” in the Risk and Resilience Forum.
